A real winter dish full of carbohydrates to affront the cold temperatures. A colorful mix of seasonal vegetables including Brussels sprouts, parsnip, broccoli, turnips, celeriac and pumpkin roasted in the oven with fresh herbs, coconut oil, and afterwards poured in a miso sauce with tamari and white wine.
